A Grimy Brothers tall tale, as told by Jake Grimy — who only heard it from a friend of a friend of a friend, so you know every word is true.
Welcome to the Kingdom of Disenchanted — wedged somewhere between Germany and France, where the fairies are randy, the ogres throw orgies, and the Evil Queen is having a very bad week.
Queen Violeta has the crown, the castle, and a king who is sweet, shredded, and about as sharp as a butter knife. Her one problem? Her stepdaughter, Princess Penny, stands between her and the throne — and Violeta has no intention of sharing.
Meanwhile, Penny has troubles of her own. She is kind, gorgeous, and so hopelessly sheltered that she has never even heard the word 'sex.' (Luckily, a friendly young witch at the local magic fair is about to fix that — right there in the back of her tent.)
Throw in a gorgeous Fairy Queen, a sly Witch Queen, a talking cat and his crew of loyal mice, and one smug magic mirror, and you have got a bawdy, breezy romp that gleefully torches everything you remember about Snow White.
There is scheming. There is seduction. There is a whole lot of innuendo and hardly any actual sex (it's a fairytale, after all). And there is a happily-ever-after you will not see coming.
Not your childhood fairytale.
