I hope it's nothing serious and that you'll get better soon!

Not since Forester has there been a storyteller with the understanding of early, English, naval matters that Mr. Argo demonstrates again and again. Wonderful!

still some stories from the Anthony Carter universe missing

I've already read the story on SOL, but there's nothing wrong with buying the ebook on bookapy and reading it again (as with all of Peter Argonis' ebooks on bookapy)

Cut out the sex scenes in chapters 28 and 29

Reviewed it on November 6, 2024

Overall, a wonderful story in the Carter universe. Those stories are good, they don't need the sex scenes that have already been cleansed out in the revision of the other stories, so I was surprised to find two of them basically back to back. Don't get me wrong, I like sex, but those scenes really don't fit in this story. And there is, of course, the usual (and unavoidable) list of typos which I will submit later.
Peter Argonis Reply:

The story is marked 'older than 17'. Those scenes are important
IMO, and two in 200,000 words is not excessive. Sorry if you did not like them.
