PT Brainum

About

PT Brainum is the pen name of a friendly, married, Oregonian man. He's lived all over the world, sometimes for only a week, sometimes for much longer. On his 21st birthday he had lived in 26 different residences, and it's only gone up since then. He's now sworn he's never moving again, at least out of the delightful coastal Oregon town he now enjoys, or maybe no further than 30 minutes away. For sure this time. Writing is a hobby, and when the muse strikes, an unequivocal passion. He likes big words that twist the tongue, good and bad puns equally, and making up silly lyrics to songs. For the last 20 years he's had 3 days without pain, an illness that prevents the use of almost all medications, and a spirit that won't ever stop trying to make people laugh. Especially at terrible, terrible jokes. For example: Every time I'm hit by a sudden drop of rain, I check to see if it's semen. I was taught as a child that Christ is coming on the clouds.
