You Can't Go Home Again. Henry Brewer's life has fallen to pieces. His NFL dreams disappeared years ago and now so has his life in the NYPD, along with his soon-to-be ex-wife. Forced to return to the small West Virginian town he grew up in, Henry comes face to face with his past, seeing it through the eyes of an adult. As if this wasn't hard enough, he must figure out who he is now and what he wants at the same time. Is it possible to reinvent yourself as an adult?

great story. Small town boy, Big city man. Lost way, coming home. Small town accepting and supporting. My kind of story. No superman or intrigue.Just plain folks dealing with life.

Fantastic story line and character development

I expected no less from the author, and he lived up to my expectations. The protagonist, for all his flaws, was a character I could relate with. The small town at the center of the story could describe any of a multitude of such places in rural America. The overcoming of adversity, makes a story that is both heart-warming and tragic; giving one a cause to celebrate at the conclusion. I enthusiastically recommend 'Going Home' for all readers!
