When he is faced with a situation where he must make a choice between a safe or daring alternate, he goes for the daring every time. His daring nature combined with his charm and intelligence usually sees him through.Things always seem to work out for him.
In this story, we get to meet the new people as Rick meets them and we are able to enjoy his almost reckless, bold approach to life in dealing with these new people and the new situations that they bring with them. When this story starts, the merger has just been finalised and both companies are dealing with the aftermath of the merger.
