First, you know that Peter Argonis is one of the premier writes on storiesonline. He has made a great gift to this site - one of his short stories free. This is simply a nice, somewhat predictable story of two outcasts who, as a result of a cruel April Fool's prank, find themselves alone in a small town. What they also find is each other and their attraction. Overall, if you are a sucker for a HEA story, then download this story, read and enjoy. A quick read well-delivered - what more could you ask for??

The writing is a good as any of his books. I felt it could fit in with Clearwater or his Philadelphia series, but this was clearly written to compete in the April Fools contest and does an excellent job. Thanks!
