Disquieting ending.

Excellent writer who crafted a sad story of how marital cheating does not end well, caught or not.

over all good story line and pretty well written, good tension building with only a few continuity and context errors the author is capable of moving the plot forward, but left the MC with an unacceptable, abrupt and unfinished ending. I get that the author felt he finished this work but as a patron I feel cheated. I thank the author for the effort but this is not a free story site so with that in mind, unless the author could actually care less about satisfying his readership (in which case why is this story published here instead of a free site) Mr Carter needs to reassess his plan.
I have purchased 3 of this authors stories and will likely rate lower if the other two tales provide no better ending.

Yes! That's how it ended. At least, with the free literature sites I would have been warned that it was Unfinished and Incomplete.
Not a happy bunny!
