Wow... Traumatic Ending!

How does anyone recover from such a sudden loss? Even with Sam's reunion with his first, his loss still seemed overshadowed everything. The epilogue was very condensed and moved quickly while we, the readers, are still emotionally in the middle of Dana's sudden death, but years had passed for Sam. I would like to see more of this crew. Both Sam and Sara still have a story to tell. We can always hope.steve.kelsey32

Great but…

This series provided some of the hottest sex scenes i’ve read to date, especially the one that ended the previous book. I thought this book was fantastic, until the very end. The series went in a completely different direction than i was expecting, it had one tone for 99% of it and then took a massive left turn. I get what the author was trying to do but it felt way too rushed and left way too many expected payoffs incomplete. Someone likened it to How I met your Mother, ending in a whimper. Perfect analogy. Still recommend to other readers but to be honest a very disappointing ending.Anonymous

You went with the "How I Met Your Mother" route? Seriously? I thought the consensus upon its conclusion was well documented and the message clear: don’t play with our expectations. We don’t like it, and definitely don’t double down. Now this? Talk about ending on a wimper.
