They journeyed for a year, while she got him ready. He couldn't avoid his hunters forever. But maybe he could learn how to make them let him use his abilities his way, instead of theirs.

I need to finish the story before I “really” put anything here. So far this is shaping up to be one more of Lubrican’s best works.
