Heather Mercer's life as a junior high school teacher seemed to be exactly what she had always hoped for. But then Jerry, her husband, borrowed money from a shady character and couldn't repay it. In fact, Heather turns the tables on him and assumes control, of a sort. But could she get out of it sooner than that? And if so, who would save her?
