I just read a complaint from a reader who cannot use the table of content to jump to the correct chapter. I use three different ebook readers for MacOS, two for iOS, plus a ten-year-old Sony handheld eBook reader to check functionality of my files.

I do not have nor do I want an Android device, and my last contact with the Wintel world was a Pentium Pro machine running Windows NT 4.0 (with a speed like a glacier).
