side. Sit back and enjoy.

Delilah Cole likes to write naughty, smutty short stories. When she's not writing, she's reading books in the same genre. Delilah is a crazy animal lover, and although she finds it difficult to remember the names of people five seconds after she's met them, Delilah can tell you the name of someone's dog she met thirty years ago.

Chapter one

pressure. They live for the chaos and find meaning in the demands that pile on faster than they can handle. I’d thought I was one of those people—or at least, I’d convinced myself I was. Lately, however, the stress has started seeping into every part of my life, filling up all the spaces where joy and peace used to live.

My job was demanding—every decision and every project felt like it needed my whole heart, my entire mind. It was exhausting. And when I wasn’t working, the stress wouldn’t leave. Even simple things, like a coffee run or watching TV, seemed impossible to enjoy when my mind was always racing with deadlines and client demands. Sleep came sparingly; when it did, I’d wake up feeling like I hadn’t rested.

I’d tried everything: yoga, meditation, an expensive spa membership. Nothing stuck. Nothing quieted that voice inside, reminding me of all I had to accomplish, all the things I could mess up. But a week ago, late at night, scrolling through mindless ads online, I’d come across something I hadn’t tried.

Age Regression.

The term was vague, but there was a gentleness to the description that had drawn me in. It was about letting go of adult responsibilities for a while and trusting someone else to take care of things, even if just for a night. Entering a “little” space where you could forget the weight of the world and let yourself be taken care of. It sounded almost too good to be true.

The ad I’d seen was simple: “Need to escape the pressures of life? Find comfort in letting go. Professional, safe age regression services are available. Reach out for details.”

I’d hesitated, not entirely sure what this “role-playing” experience would entail. But after a restless night, I’d impulsively messaged the contact. That’s when I met Adam—professional, respectful, and warm in his responses that set me at ease. We’d exchanged a few emails and arranged to meet at a local park for an introduction. He assured me it would be nothing formal, just a chance to meet, talk, and see if this was something I wanted to try. Adam would explain to me what acting like his little girl would entail, and after that, if I was comfortable, we could start the session.

As I stood in front of my mirror, smoothing down my pale blue sundress and putting my hair into a high ponytail, a thousand questions raced through my mind. What if this wasn’t for me? What if I couldn’t let go? But just as quickly, another part of me—a more desperate part—wanted to see what life might be like on the other side. I want to give myself a break from having to be the one in charge.

I took a deep breath, grabbed my purse, and headed out, my heart pounding as I made my way to the park. Maybe, just maybe, this could be the escape I’d been searching for.

setting, casting a warm, golden glow over the park. Children laughed and played, their innocent joy filling the air. I sat on a bench, watching them with a wistful smile. There was a secret longing in my heart—a desire to relive those carefree days of childhood, to feel that pure, untainted innocence again.
