Male in my early fifties. I prefer stories of the underdog, the unloved, the kind-hearted loser who never gets the girl. But also like to write about resilience, the guy who overcomes obstacles and becomes the man all of us want to be. Also, I was betrayed once time too much. Since then, betrayal is my obsession. I write to tame those monsters in my head, but sometimes it's hard.
